UPSS Boarding opens on 7 September 2026 and will house secondary students at a private address in GRA, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria, a separate residence from the Garrick Layout teaching campus. The exact address is given to registered families when a visit is arranged.
Capacity is 60 places in total: 30 beds in the boys’ residence and 30 in the girls’.
Rooms hold three students each and every room is air-conditioned, with lockable doors and personal storage.
The package covers accommodation, three balanced meals daily, supervised evening prep with teachers who give additional academic support, laundry, houseparents living on site, CCTV in common and security areas, sport, farming, cooking and life-skills activities, and Sunday attendance at students’ own places of worship.
The all-inclusive boarding fee is ₦2,500,000 per TERM. It is quoted as a single package price; it is not billed per component. School fees are charged separately — see the fees page.
Part-payment is supported: instalments are paid into the student’s dedicated school account.
Places are registered through the boarding registration form at upss.ng/boarding, which reaches the school’s boarding team directly. The general admission application does not record boarding interest, so boarding must be registered separately.
